My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the clean rooms, but the overall decor felt quite dated and in need of a refresh. Dining was mostly okay, but I was put off by the flies at breakfast. While the access to the spa was a nice perk, getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle due to the taxis getting lost. Overall, it’s a decent option for a quick stop, but not ideal if you're looking to explore Hamburg efficiently.
