Reviews and Ratings
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the clean rooms, but the overall decor felt quite dated and in need of a refresh. Dining was mostly okay, but I was put off by the flies at breakfast. While the access to the spa was a nice perk, getting to the hotel was a bit of a hassle due to the taxis getting lost. Overall, it’s a decent option for a quick stop, but not ideal if you're looking to explore Hamburg efficiently.
My stay here was a mixed bag. The hotel was a little tricky to find, especially after a long trip, and the rooms felt quite dated even though they were clean. The food was decent, but I was less impressed by the breakfast set-up with flies and ants around. Overall, it might work for a short stop, but there are definitely things to improve.
Finding the hotel was a challenge, but once there, the staff were incredibly friendly and the food at the restaurant was quite good. The rooms, while clean, could really use a renovation as they felt stuck in the '70s. Unfortunately, the presence of flies at the breakfast buffet and ants during dinner was off-putting. On the plus side, having access to the spa was a nice touch.
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean, they felt tired and in need of renovation, and the food was decent but had some hygiene issues during breakfast. The hotel’s location was a bit of a hassle since it took a long time to get into the city, but it did have a spa that we enjoyed. Overall, it's okay for a short, late-night stay, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer visit to Hamburg.
I found this hotel to be an okay option for a short stay, but it definitely had its downsides. While the rooms were clean, they felt quite dated and in need of some renovation. The food in the restaurant was decent, but I was put off by the presence of flies during breakfast. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, which added to my experience.
